Registration, Hotel Booking & Cancellation Policy
ON LINE REGISTRATION
Conference: Online registration will start next Monday, 1st February 2010. In the meantime, you can register by downloading the registration form, which should be filled in and e-mailed or faxed to the Conference Organiser.

Online registration is a smooth process. Just follow the steps and choose your payment method.

You will receive automatically your registration number in order to be able to make the payment. Once the Conference Organiser has received payment; the reservation is guaranteed and you will receive the invoice.

Hotel: When the registration for the conference is made, choose your hotel and complete the form according to your requirements. You must enter a credit card number to guarantee the booking, as hotel payment will be made directly by each delegate to the hotel the day of departure. Without this guarantee the reservation will not be confirmed.

E-MAIL, FAX OR POST REGISTRATION
Complete the registration form enclosed, and return it to the Conference Organiser, AB MEETING PLANNERS, (see details in next page). Please complete one registration form per delegate. Please photocopy the form if you require additional copies or download as many forms as required from the ECTA website.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
The preferred method of payment is online by credit card. Visa, Master Card and Debit Card are accepted and the payment will be charged in Euros €. If you decide to pay by bank transfer, please confirm your choice "Bank transfer" and you will receive your registration number by e-mail. It is compulsory to include the registration number on the bank transfer. We cannot guarantee  registration until the Conference Organiser receives payment with your registration number.

Please note that all bank charges must be settled by the remitter.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser  (info@ectabarcelona2010.com). Cancellations will be accepted until 28 February 2010 at no charge; from 1st March to 30th April 2010 with a refund of all prepaid fees, less 25 % cancellation charges.  After this date, no refunds will be made.

CONFIRMATION AND JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, joining instructions will be sent out in May 2010 by e-mail to assist with your visit to Barcelona. Please ensure you provide your e-mail address when registering.

HOTEL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
The online hotel booking needs to be guaranteed by a credit card number + expiry date. This guarantee will not mean that any amount will be charged. Only in case your booking is not cancelled on time (see cancellation conditions) the hotel will proceed to charge the corresponding penalty. Request of reservations will be processed in a first come first served basis according to availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellations should be cancelled in writing. 
• Penalty will not be incurred if cancellations are received before 30th April 2010. 
• Any cancellations received between 1st May and 11th June- will incur a penalty equal to 1 (one) night accommodation. In this case, any taxes and/or expenses that they could have incurred will be included.
• Any cancellation after 12th June 2010 as well as no-shows or early departures will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay, included, in this case, any taxes and/or expenses that they could have incurred.
